Integrating Social Proof Dynamic Experience

You can enable Social Proof using client-side JavaScript that loads a dynamic experience to show social proof messages on the client site. This approach helps you to include only what is necessary for dynamic experiences, so that it does not carry unnecessary overhead on the client site like including p13n.js is not necessary on the page.

The setup of social proof requires two steps:

  1. Inject client-side JavaScript on the page.

  2. Set up social proof dynamic experience on the Omnichannel Personalization.

Social proof dynamic experience is supported on item page, list page and cart page. Refer to Social Proof User Guide.
